Maintenance Tech I

Office: Atlanta Full or Part Time: FT

Job Description:
Knowledge in various areas of electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance, or general repairs. Normal hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday
with periodic "on-call" rotation during weeknights and weekends. Must have a vehicle, valid drivers license, and own basic hand tools. Must be a
self-starter, effective communication skills, and able to trouble-shoot.
Education Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent education with one to two years related experience and/or training preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
HVAC, EPA Universal, Boilers License and Pool Certifications helpful, but not required.
Experience Level:
One to two years related experience and/or training preferred
Travel Requirements:
Will need your own vehicle and valid drivers license, will be transporting back & forth to the rental properties & office.
Compensation:
Competitive based on experience and/or certifications.
