Regional Leasing Specialist (South)
Location: South Atlanta, South Metro Atlanta Category: Property Management

Job Description:
Show and rent open properties within the South Atlanta and South Metro Atlanta area. Assist manager with resident satisfaction and retention through
responding to complaints and concerns. Assist manager with rent collection and computer related tasks. Answer phones and greet walk-ins. Respond
to requests, questions and complaints, making referrals to manager or maintenance staff as appropriate. Schedule and perform property move-ins and
move-outs. Assist manager with correspondence and other computer related tasks as appropriate and assigned.
Education Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor Degree
Licenses/Certifications:
CAM, CMCA, AMS, PCAM desired
Experience Level:
2 years of proven leasing experience. Must be familiar or have knowledge of the South Atlanta and South Metro Atlanta area.
Travel Requirements:
Within South Atlanta and South Metro Atlanta city limits. Will need your own vehicle and valid drivers license when showing properties to prospective
tenants, however will not be transporting them back & forth to the properties & office.
Compensation:
25% of deposit and 10% of 1st month's rent
